Joe is the founder of GRAY and has over 20 years’ experience in venture capital and corporate finance, building financial models for, advising, and investing in early and growth-stage companies. Prior to founding GRAY he was Investment Director and Deputy Head of Apollo VCT plc, a £150m growth equity and buyout fund at Octopus Investments. Joe also serves as an Investment Committee member and Venture Partner at Blackfinch Ventures, a Seed stage technology-focussed VC.

After graduating with a First Class Honours degree in Accounting and Finance from Kingston University London, Marco began his career at PricewaterhouseCoopers, where he qualified as an ACA and honed his auditing and financial expertise across various industries. Marco enjoys building financial models to solve problems for early stage companies.
